Villegouge Nord Walking
Departing from Villegouge, a 9.5 km pedestrian promenade, slightly hilly, that winds among the vines and crosses a few quiet roads.

Departing from Lugon et l'île du Carnay, a 9.5 km pedestrian promenade that includes the climbing of the Thouil butte and offers magnificent viewing points on the surrounding landscape.

Where bathing?

During hot days, nothing is better than a cooling bath...the Galgon open air pool is only 4 km away. The leisure water base of Libourne (10 km) located in the plage des Dagueys offers a supervised swimming area and a pool for young kids, as well as free playgrounds.

In Vayres, ( 20 km) the most daring persons will launch their canoës on the spectacular Mascaret waves, at the confluence of Garonne and Dordogne rivers!

Tasting Fronsac great wines

Located around Fronsac village, the Fronsadais is a small 1100 hectares wine land, that owns the Fronsac and Canon Fronsac appellations. Side by side with Pomerol and Saint-Emilion, the Fronsadais contains over a hundred castles, of which some open their doors for wine testing days...
